Adam Wood - President
Adam Wood is an ordained elder in the Church of the Nazarene, a pastor, producer, songwriter, and music industry veteran with a heart for helping artists turn meaningful ideas into impactful releases. His background spans Nashville music industry work, songwriting, production, artist development, radio promotion, ministry leadership, and strategic release planning.
As President of Faith Based Music LLC, Adam brings together creative instinct, practical industry experience, and a ministry-first approach to help artists move from concept to finished release with clarity and confidence. Whether he is producing a track, shaping a rollout strategy, developing an artist’s message, or helping a song find its audience, Adam’s focus is always on the bigger picture: making music that sounds excellent, communicates honestly, and carries lasting purpose.
Adam is also one half of the Christian rock duo Brightstar, whose music has found chart success across multiple Christian Music Weekly formats. Through Brightstar and Brightstar Ministries, Inc., he continues to create music and resources that speak to faith, resilience, mental health, neurodiversity, and the hope that can still rise from hard places.
Jessi Enyiaku - VP of Marketing
Jessi Enyiaku is a creative leader, ministry-minded communicator, and relationship builder with a gift for helping people feel seen, encouraged, and connected. As VP of Marketing for Faith Based Music LLC, Jessi brings warmth, strategy, and intentionality to the way artists and projects are presented to the world.
Her strength is not just promotion. It is connection. Jessi understands that behind every song, brand, ministry, or creative project is a person with a story worth telling. She helps shape messaging, outreach, audience engagement, and promotional direction in a way that feels authentic, human, and aligned with the heart of the artist.
Beyond her work with Faith Based Music, Jessi is deeply involved in worship ministry, discipleship, and creative service. She is also one half of the Christian rock duo Brightstar, where she helps create music centered on hope, resilience, faith, and unity. Whether she is leading worship, encouraging others, building relationships, or helping artists share their work, Jessi brings a steady presence, a compassionate heart, and a deep commitment to meaningful impact.
