Daniel First

Daniel First is an Indiana-based pastor, songwriter, and worship artist whose music blends Adult Contemporary CCM, worship, and occasional rock-driven energy. Before stepping into full-time ministry, Daniel first emerged in the 1990s Christian rock and punk scene with his band Starlight and Yuck, a project that gained label attention and came close to signing with Tooth & Nail Records. Today, Daniel brings that same passion into songs shaped by faith, family, and years of ministry. Married to Brandy, with seven children and a growing family that now includes grandchildren, Daniel writes music that is honest, hopeful, and rooted in a life of worship.
