In partnership with Brightstar Ministries, Inc., The Recording Agency offers Artist Discipleship for artists who want their calling, faith, and creativity to grow together.

Artist Discipleship is designed to help artists think deeper than the next release. While we can help with practical areas like ministry, songwriting, branding, release planning, stage presence, social media, audience connection, and the business side of music, the heart of this work is formation. Who are you becoming as you create? How is God shaping you through your art? How do you stay rooted when the journey feels discouraging, confusing, or exhausting?

Through one-on-one discipleship and coaching, we walk alongside artists as they process identity, calling, purpose, emotional health, spiritual resilience, and the stewardship of their gifts. Our goal is not simply to help artists become more marketable, but to help them become healthier, wiser, and more faithful in the way they create, lead, and serve.
